I just made***@******.*** my primary email yesterday. They have temporarily suspended my account. I've tried to get online help but don't have a cell phone they can text to so I just get a run around. Can you help me restore my email?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I can't find a phone number to call to do that.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went to the link they sent me and did a "chat" with a computer but again the final step was for them to send me a text which I can't receive.
