o I have been receiving the most disgusting emails and have tried to stop them by reporting spam, or just deleting. I have tried to see if there is an unsubscribe but there isn't. This is getting so bad I may have to leave AOL which I have had forever!!! Can you stop this? Is is terribly annoying
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: months---6 months to a year. I have changed password ***** few times
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I leave AOL up on my computer all the time. I also get them on my phone and my IPAD. Should I be going into AOL through Internet Explorer---which I don't do.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: report spam
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no--except were there other troubleshooting things I could do? I went into settings and tried to use the key words such as fu*ck but each time I did that their spelling changed. I don't know what else I was supposed to do
