cant seem to log in to hotmail unsecured connection
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?
Customer: a couple of days now
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through a web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: tried to follow the prompts from the error message and just kind of leads me around in circles and no real information as to how to solve the problems
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i do not have the email tied to outlook and normally use chrome, but have the same problem with firefox and IE

I'm sorry about the issue. To confirm, your hotmail does not work on all internet browsers.

Is your hotmail currently working on another computer or tablet or smartphone, etc., if you have?

Is the date / time showing correctly on your computer?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
