I cannot access my hotmail account. It says its in use by someone else No matter how many times i fill out there form, I cant gain access back
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?
Customer: since yesterday
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through a web browser at home and through my cell phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: everything listed in a google search. Ive tried ALL the recovery steps provided by Microsoft and even called them. They claim they do not reset passwords
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That should be it. This is my ONLY account and I really need access
