JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: not that long. I thought it was aylsworth 36
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went into the place where it says lost password
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just want my password ***** it says to use telephone number and did not give anywhere
