How do I close a program running in the back that I cannot view?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: most is on the I Pad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Everything I can think of and it is blocking me from fast service and some times getting any program to open
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

To view and close all open apps on the iPad, please tap the Home button (at the bottom) two times quickly - this will bring up up a view of all open apps. From there, you may slide UP to close out the apps, one after the other.
