I made a mistake. Did not intend to order any additional accounts. Can you determine that I did not do something that has a cost associated?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: No
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On a laptop, thru yahoo. email account is***@******.***. This is the only account I need.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Tried to remove a "messed up" account but there was no remove option.
