my outlook is saying I can't sign in as it appears it's already in use
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: that I know of just in the last hour but maybe a few days since I was last signed in
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through 9 MSN in West Australia on a desktop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: not too sure what to do to be honest
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: have recently added several people on facebook to play a game called crime stoppers, not too sure if that's any help
