I am unable to send or receive emails on my computer. the emails come and go from iPhone 5s. Are my settings wrong? I am on a Windows 7 computer with Microsoft Outlook 2007. ***@******.***
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: several months
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: mostly on iPhone, but I would like to be able to use the computer email as well.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Looking at the settings. Checking passwords. I called Microsoft. and Charter, my internet server. Current message is that server refuses connection.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Current error: Cannot connect to IMAP server error 10060. Error code: Ox800CCCD9
