for the last day and a half I have received no emails on either mine or my wife's google account
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: We have two different window computers and have a private domain ""
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Chrome
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: very little. I have turned both the browser and computers off and back on for both computers amd tried to send a teat email from each computer to the other with no results.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yesterday morning I made a purchase on one of the computers with no problem. after that there was no activity.
