I had an identity fraud problem with my credit card. It was temporarily blocked. It now has been re-instated and is valid. Your records seem to still have it blocked. I'm a good customer and I am hungary. Can you help?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: aol.com
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: desk top web browser.
