I can't get into it. It's been some time since I've used it and I may be off on my password. Can I get a new one?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: probably 2-3 years ago. Sometimes carriers say they'll send a new by e-mail but I have yet to see one.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Any one I can. They all come up with the PDF screen which I go through and I supposedly have a PDF. Must have at least ten by now.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
