HP ENVY 5660 printer When I attempt to print from my iMac I get a message " Printer is not connected" then if I wait 2 to 3 minutes it prints
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: iPhone or web browser. I am not sure what that has to do with my printer problem>
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have reset the printer on my iMac but nothing changed
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
