Customer: I don't know, it's been a while. Maybe never.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: At the home page, I tried to login, but never got to the next page to clickink on forgot passworx.
