JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: my regular email connections on my cpu
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on the cpu,i have to sign into email connection ,to get messages,people,payments,,,,
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went to the problem with setting the email connections,,,,all I got "done",,,but,,no connections!!!
