I have 2 yahoo accounts, and 4get my passwords 2 often BUT

Hello, I have 2 yahoo accounts, and 4get my passwords 2 often BUT when I try getting a password ***** the 1 account, it comes back with a "temp" saying it's 4 ther OTHER account, NOT the 1 I need it 4, What can I do 2 get it for the account I need it 4?!
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Yahoo account?
Customer: almost a month now I believe.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On a pc web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried all the things listed in yahoo help, and tried shutting down and restarting the computer.

The phone number I've given them recently is(###) ###-####BUT they're having issues with it I guess, They keep sending back" Sorry, we are unable to accept VOIP numbers at this time" AND "Sorry, something went wrong"

When I try using the temp password ***** my [email protected] address, they don't let me do it even though it's the address I need the password ***** The number ending in **42 I no longer have. because, it's expected to be used in the "2002" address as far as they're concerned automatically
