I cannot get into my aol account. I tried to reset my password, but I do not remember the answer to my security question nor the original phone #'s since I have moved 3 times or more since then
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: I just tried to reset my password *****
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: all of the above and now I cannot do anything
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none, I was going to change my password ***** got into trouble when I could remember the answer to my security question so went to the alternative which was my name, daytime and eve phone #'s which as I SAID HAVE CHANGE MULTIPLE TIMES SINCE I STARTED WITH aol. I HAVE BEEN WITH aol SINCE 1998
