I can receive e-mails, but I can't send any
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Microsoft Outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: By clicking on Microsoft Outlook 2010 on my computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've checked with Dell, and with Verizon, and the problem is not with either. The problem is with Microsoft
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, I was given a temporary password ***** to type in, but didn't know where to type it. It is(###) ###-####

I am very sorry about your issues. Is your email address in your MS Outlook 2010 ending with Can you please tell me if it is a POP account or an IMAP?
