The server for account "Me" returned the error "[AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Authentication failed." Your username/password ***** security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password? i keep receiving this message i tried everything
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: no
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: i access my iCloud email on my macbook pro using Microsoft Outlook for Mac but it stopped working sometime ago
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i deleted my***@******.*** and set it up again manually as i read on your page

What's the OSX version running on your MacBook Pro? As well as the version of Outlook for Mac?
