Our account login is frozen. We tried to log in with an outdated browser. This resulted in too many tries. Can you unlock it for us?
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: That was successful. We have a valid password, but we're frozen out of our account.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I guess I'm not making myself clear. This has nothing at all to do with email. It has to do with being unable to log in to your site because we tried to many times to do it.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: You can't trouble shoot being locked out of our uber account log in because too many tries. Can you unlock our account so that we may log in?
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
