I keep getting a pop up window asking for my network password ***** my Windows 10 Outlook program. How do I remove?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: For about 3 weeks
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my lap top (new Dell) and my Samsung Galaxy 5 phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Went to Geek Squad in Denver area and tried following internet solutions from articles/postings
