I have been a member of Rhapsody for a number of years and m interests have changed. So ho do I discontinue the automatic subscription withdrawl?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: aol.com
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through a web browser.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried calling the two tel #'s on your site and also the one listed on mu monthly statement, ie.(###) ###-#### All tel # seem to be incorrect.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I just want to discontinue my subscription.
