JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: two days - My email was updated from bigpond.com to Telstra.com
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Microsoft Outlook on my Laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Have spent several hours with a Telstra support trying to help, he gave up and suggested MS support
