I can't send or receive thru outlook as a matter of fact I lost my Outlook icon on my screen
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: I've had this problem that I would get a server rejected and I don't know my password ***** ATT doesn't like my info
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web and Iphone but I could only receive on the Iphone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've reset password ***** att chat and on and on three or four times today
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Please find me in you system and fix me....

I'm sorry about the issue. What email do you use, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, etc.?

Was AT&T able to reset the password ***** for you (even though it does not work in Outlook)?

Can you please confirm your full email address?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
