I need help with a Facebook problem. When I open my FB on my computer I get ***** *****. My FB account is Elizabeth R Ross. I can get it on my i phone, but not my laptop. When I tried to correct the problem and use my email address and password ***** am told that the account has already been set up. I recently retired and set up a new email account. FB sends a code to my old email address, but I can no longer access that account. Can you help me get the Elizabeth R. Ross account on my laptop?

I called my credit card and they told me that the billing information didn't match what was on the card. I tried to backtrack to see if I put in the correct info but I can't find out how to do that. If connecting to my computer is the best solution I am for that. I have been working on this problem for days and I need your help. I just don't know how to move forward. What do you suggest
