I have for my email. They say my password ***** ***** but I haven't changed anything. I can not get any new emails. What happened?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I tried to do it today because it wasn't working. No success
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my phone and ipad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried to reset my password ***** it won't go through.

Customer: Wowway sent me a message that they were going to suspend or deactivate my email account. I haven't done anything with wowway for years. I just use that email address. Is this a scam because I've never had to pay for it.
