How's it going.
Let me read of your question. Give me a minute.

Expert:  Kris Rodgers replied 9 months ago.

Hi,

This could be due to one of 2 things

  • Outlook Group Policy blocking the cards
  • Or the people sending you the requests not being in your ogansiation
Expert:  Kris Rodgers replied 9 months ago.

Would you be able to screen shot the error?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
I am not an organization so where do i look to see if group policy is blocking?
Expert:  Kris Rodgers replied 9 months ago.

It would be the registry.

Your free/busy status of others will not show If their company has not set it to public.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
OK - give me the steps to go to the registry - this PC is from my former company and that could be what is wrong
Expert:  Kris Rodgers replied 9 months ago.

If that's the case local group policy editor could be installed.

Could I connect and have a look?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Am I right, i am paying $42 for this issue but you want to charge me an additional $25?
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
