Gmail, web browser, here is my issue.. machine expired..

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: here is my issue.. machine expired.. activate.. my guess is that cc on file is expired.. it also asks for a activation code

I have pandora for business and this morning the machine stated Machine expired, activation code.... can you tell me how to rectify this.. and also, this is such an inconvenience, not being able to reach any tech support via phone.
