JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer:***@******.*** I am at teacher at Ephrata Area School District. I set up and account with Google Sketup Make 2016 Yesterday
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: My School laptop, Outlook I think
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I wrote down the username and password ***** Tried typing it in several times then tried to reset my password ***** clicking on reset password. It says it does not recognize the email. Can you look it up.***@******.***

Is it possible you have another email address, a Gmail address specifically?

The email you provided does not seem to be a Google account so that wont work
