Are you referring to the password ***** your email account at If yes, did you try clicking the Forgot Password ***** just under the Sign In button of's logon page?

My outlook program tries to log on to my user name but (on my phone) it always says failed to log on and asks for the password. It works on my desktop computer, but not on my phone.

I'll just keep trying other passwords, perhaps I'll "stumble" across the correct one.

You mean you know the correct username and password ***** log on using your computer? Or, you just mean you don't need to type any username and password ***** access your email because your browser has remembered the credential?
