Customer Question

I was getting email from my church's listserv. it is no longer coming through. And though my address is in the system, I'm not receiving the emails. I am receiving the emails from the church secretary to the same mailbox.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Hmm. My address is***@******.***. Does that answer your question?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through my computer. I have Outlook but this address isn't in Outlook. I usually use Goggle's browser, I think, but the name is ***** ***** at the present.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've checked the junk mail and all other folders for that mailbox.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that things seem to be getting more complicated all the time which is, to say the least, frustrating.
