JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: it doesn't give me any directions just won't let me log in at all
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I'm not to experience on the web I just try to get in & I get a 401 forbidden
