I seem to have lost my main email account which is i have

Hi James i seem to have lost my main email account which is***@******.*** i have had problems setting up my outlook account and microsoft levle 2 tech has not been able to find this email accoun either can you help
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: at least 3 days - maybe longer as i was getting notices that when in outlook to say i was working offline - i had trouble setting up the new office and ended uninstalling office - so there has been a few dramas the uninstall happened on friday i think if not thursday
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser - i can still receive emails with the patricialongfield account on my ipad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: everything = the microsoft techs there have been 3 and the last one was a level 2 said to contact you
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i do not think so ok
