JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: google chrome
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried going to online sites that are ads for email login services. I always get the login for srlightman1, that is, for my wife ***** *****ghtman
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I've also got another email address,***@******.***. It's been down for four days; verizon says that there's some sort of glitch with their servers. They promise it will get fixed ... It's been down four days now

Just clarify, which situation are you referring to?

1. You can't access Gmail from here at all.

2. You can access Gmail, but you can't log in using your Gmail username and password.

BTW, is there any mobile device of you accessing the same Gmail box as expected?
