JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: laptop did an automatic update. Then my old outlook file was not available and it would only open outlook without any history
