been trying to log on multiple times and have tried to do an password ***** but I never receive it. What can I do?
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: that's the problem I don't receive it
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Could you please first advise which email service you are referring to? Please also advise if you have associated your cell phone and/or 2nd email address with the mailbox to be reset for password?
