Customer: yes. spent hours on the phone without resolving the problem
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Mostly PC which is linked to Iphone & IPad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: everything you have suggested plus have had an IT expert out who also contacted you. Please confirm my current email address with you & the password ***** that account. Now Ebay is telling me it has been blocked.

The technician I employed was from a reputable firm in my district. I understand you are probably an excellent support provider as well but all I ask is for TPG to give me the current email address & password ***** have so that I can access any emails that have been sent to me using the TPG email account
