I want to cancel a Pandora account. The person in our family that listened to it no longer lives with me. (death in family)
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I am not computer savy. I just do not want to pay for this service. I have tried myself but I am not smart enough to complete the concellation.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I am not sure how he did it.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: The instructions about signing in.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just do not want to pay for this service any longer. Person is deceased.

In order to cancel Pandora you need to be able to sign in with the username and password.
