Keep getting server error 3219 for a week or better. Can't receive mail. What's up ? Tom.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Have been using Windows Live.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Had my tech support take control of my laptop and he was unable to clear the error.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am now getting my mail through Outlook, but would like to get the windows live working again.
