I am very sorry to see a double charge for a contribution on my credit card. I thought we had this problem taken care of. I actually called and enquired an address to -SEND a conribution to the Progressive turnout since I had had so many problems with act blue. I did send a $20.00 contribution on 10/6/16. I DID contribute with a credit card on 10/5/16 to End Citizens United......BUT my credit card shows 2 ACT BLUE contributions on 10/5/16. YOUR FILES should show that I have had this problem before. I thought we had it all worked out and have been VERY VERY CAUCIOUS to make sure the appropriate boxes are not checked and so on......

Customer: GMAIL is my email provider......
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I so wanted to support Clinton, but it is difficult!!!!
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: talked with a nice support person on the phone.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: LOOK at tyour files. They did credit my account in the recent past for charges I denied. I WILL contribute the dollars I have promised....but not DOUBLE the amount!!!!!
