Ordered your anti virus app for $8.99 this week. I think it's was not installed or incorrectly installed. What can you do about this problem?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: Not much. I am computer illiterate.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: iPad daily
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Did complete reset to factory settings.
