JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: most of time Microsoft office outlook on my computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I went and deleted it on my iphone and added back on, and now I can not send on iphone

I had the account on my iphone but a message started popping up regard incorrect password, so I deleted the account and reset it up. but now it's receiving email but not sending email on the iphone.

Please re-add the profile using the Outlook option on iPhone, you should see an iPhone logo when creating a new email account?
