I just downloaded to new computer. When I opened after installingg it was in Dutch or German.
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: Just got it today to replace another one. I've used Thunderbird for many years.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: By PC only
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't have any way to trouble shot this particular problem. I had the same problem on another notebook very recently. That time it was only the labels.

Ok, you will need to uninstall and reinstall it again.

Select Mozilla Thunderbird and click on uninstall. Then download a fresh version from the link below. Make sure you select the correct language and OS.
