I have a HP Photostat c4480 printer/scanner connected to an apple MacBook computer. When I updated operating system to v 10.6.7 the scanner will no longer work. The print function still works. Is there a method to correct this situation?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It is a Macbook computer running MacOSX v 10.7.5.

It looks like HP does not have a driver on their site after macOS 10.7.x. There is a process for updating the driver through Apple Software Update. Have you looked at this page to try and update your HP printer driver?
