I had a hack. Had to change password ***** it will not work now
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: about 5/6:00 today and have been trying to get on the last 30 min
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: iPhone iPad and desktop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried reset. but info is 10+ years old. CC numbers long gone, and just too old data to remember
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't know how many characters the password ***** be. I may have over gone on the numbers for new password
