I signed up and paid for match; however cannot get access. Please help
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Outlook I believe
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Mostly by phone. I cannot get access to anything
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing that I know of
