I received a strange e-mail telling me that I cancelled my Yahoo e-mail and it would be wiped out in 24 hours. I DID NOT DO ANYThING LIKE THAt. Can you help me.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser and phone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i reported an abuse to the strange e-mail I received.

My guess is that this e-mail you received is not legitimate. If you open the e-mail you should find the return address. Can you tell me what that address is?
