Customer: Thunderbird
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: emails come through to my MacAir from my website
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have turned off my wi-fi and my computer, then turned them back on
