Hotmail is blocking mail coming from a friend in Scotland. ***@******.***. I have been trying to contact him for months and the server is rejecting his emails
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?
Customer: I just discovered it--my last contact with him was march 2016. Until he just called me, I did not realize they were not accepting his emails back.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my desk pc, sometimes on the tablet.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None, didn't know I had a problem until now.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
