Hi, unable to open Outlook
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The information store could not be opened." just today
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: background info, company laptop, no longer work there but can use the laptop Outlook, however, appears locked I think it tries to connect to my old account old and inactive account can I point/reroute it to another account? if so how?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Google search :)
